Imma say straight up I hope it’s nothing like ark one if it is first of all no way in hell we’re spending 1500 dolors to get the fucking game to run alright and for all the dlcs which if u don’t perchase them on sale total at 139$ USD plus the actual game for a game with Tons of bugs and glitches which bring me to point B we’re stupid enough to think wildcard can make another game they can’t even fix the current shit they have they left Altus to die which was just a shittier ark they made arks retarded brother rust which has a record for it’s devs not doing shit on official and letting hackers and botters run shit and that brings us to ark the only half ass decent game they have and even then constantly Pve or pvp either way ur worried that somthing didn’t work and your shit fell through the mesh or in several videos acros platform people getting teleported places they were along time ago or for anyone that doesn’t know genisus glitches on steam don’t give hexagons so I hope ark 2 is absolutely nothing like arknine unless they give all current ark players free access to ark two not worth a damn thing cuz it’s gonna just be the same shit when someone said it was gonna be like dark souls I was hopeful this ment it wasn’t gonna be a open world shooter mmo it was hopefully gonna be a rpg if it is like ark 1 it’s gonna be shit point and case

at first ark 2 was a bad idea to me (like when it first got confirmed) but now it seems like its a change we need to add/spice the game
Yo i never said it would be death I just said i was concerned for it. its never on their priority list for pvp its an afterthought. My main point was its a drastic 360 on pvp meta and i don't want conan style pvp. they could do it well sure, but Atlas cq is the trackrecord so far and it was not great. All i was trying to say is i think a lot of us like fps pvp and i hope we get it and im worried we wont. Good to see some positive thought on it though im definitely pessimistic.

I want ark 2 to be a story game tbh i want ark 1 to continue as a survival game the pvp in ark 2 would be better for a story game instead of the pvp in ark 1.

I think primitive gameplay is gonna be better than just shooting or flaming someone down. Plus the souls like pvp function sounds like its gonna be pretty fun and different if they do it right. And the component base building is gonna be nice because I think its kind of boring just flying through the world looking for the non existent pvp while people just sit in base and craft using their massive mats of materials.
Finally, someone who has experience with other games, who knows the benefits these changes can bring
The way they describe the dino-riding combat reminds me of the monster-riding mechanic in Monster Hunter Rise; while "controlling" the Monster, you have to time its attacks because other monsters can hit you first with an attack with a faster animation, or deflect/block your attack and hit you during your recoil animation.
If that's really what they're try to do, that's a fucking DREAM COME TRUE 😭 finally pvp will be more than who can click faster with a giga and who has lower ping ❤️
