I like to PvP, and PvE. Usually wearing an Exo Suit nowadays. Unlocking it is easy with no cheats needed anymore, and usually on a server, official or unofficial, I’m not fussed. Single Player is great though, certainly with a guide for any platform be it xbox, ps4, ps5, pc, it’s great. Sometimes play MTS, and usually post patch/update. But a survival game needs some community news and that’s what I do, giving you the latest on events, small tribes, maybe even fast flyers and primitive plus, usually covering all maps from Island to Genesis Part 2. And one day. ARK 2!

I facepalmed so hard when I first heard about the young explorers mode. I really don't think Wild Card should be allowed to teach people about dinos with all the huge flawed facts in game…

Personally I wish they would add an affect to roars i.e rex (any small medium dino in near facility will run kind of like yuti roar), also making rex and or giga immune to fear roars kind of find it dumb that a yuti can fear roar something bigger than it. You could also do this for medium tames like thylas were as when you roar at something like a raptor they run. I think this would be helpful during taming especially when something is running towards you you can simply roar and avoid ruining efficiency. Thanks rass for the great news mate 👍 👏 👌.

I been talking crap to Cedric about ark for switch for forever at this point it was a running gag now it almost officially over I still say pvp structure need a damage resistance buff and bullets need a reduction in cost or in increase in yield from 2 to 4 or if that I'd to much 2 to 3

Still scratching my head at what exactly a Carchar is gonna add for all this supposed fan fare. I'd have traded it hands down for another three of 4 TLC dino's instead but maybe we will get lucky and it in itself will come with a TLC patch

I see them trying. I appreciate them trying. However I’m still not going to feel like this game is done until they TLC the Legacy dinos. Maybe that’s asking for a lot, but maybe they shouldn’t of left me expecting so much from them either…

My issue with the Charchar even though it looks amazing is just that… It is going to completely out-stage the Giga now without it getting a TLC… and the Giga is going to look comparably worse, especially when next to each other…
This is a special game…so many years and still, I play it like its the first time…I remember when I first heard of it thinking "this must be interesting", then I tried it, and the first experience wasnt that great…then, I started to see some vids of this guy named kishko…and I tried the game again, and it got stuck…its something about the mechanics, the Dino taming, the building, the pvp…the fact that when you loose your stuff, you really loose it, you dont spawn some where with everything…I dont know, its just different overall, the most addictive game ever for me…at the same time the best game ever and also the worst, when some glitch make you loose everything…since the first time playing, all other games seems a bit empty…I just wanted for them to keep with ark 1, but more polished, with the glitches corrected, with the exploits and meshing fixed…Im afraid they change too much for ark 2…and if they keep only 3rd person, then I dont have hope for it…in that case, I just hope the players community keep modding ark 1, I will keep playing it…
One thing I think is a little extra is the opening cinematic for the island… all the others getting added are great and I get why they added it to the beginning, but at the same time it takes away all the mystery of waking up on that beach naked and confused which is what really drove a lot of us early players into diving into it so aggressively to figure out what was going on.
I just feel hitting us with that information right away can take away a lot from the mystery that made us all fall in love with this game in the first place.

ARK II is looking less and less fun the more I hear about it… I’ll temper my judgement until I actually see it but it really feels like they are gutting the things that made the original fun right out of the sequel…

I'm worried grove street is trying to release this the same way they did gta.. a couple of ideal looking scenes and very little else.. noticed there still seems to be a lack of wild dinos.. one of my biggest complaints with the original besides how bad it looks was how few dinos actually spawned in. The island felt empty and their footage of the next map looks just as devoid of dinos…
