If you didn't see the delay with Ark 2, you haven't been paying attention.
Unreal 5 in Ark 1 is just the development/test platform for Ark 2.
Expect Unreal 5 in Ark 1 to be a rough, buggy, laggy mess for a while while they use that develop Ark 2.
Wildcard are brilliant but so disheartening. It feels like they just constantly let down the community but I have no doubt ark 2 will be great

Really upset about ari 2 but I’m really excited for the remaster sounds like new servers so a fresh wipe on servers and on top of that the multiplier aspect of making ark cross play especially with mods is one of the biggest things I feel people were looking forward to in ark 2 so then adding it to one it fucking awesome to have to rebuy the game sucks but having beta access should be nice

what angers me the most is really the fact you need to repay the game… its really scummy knowing they said it was gonna be free if you already owned ark…

They did us so dirty, all these developers working on Ark for UnReal engine 5 should be helping to speed up the process of getting Ark 2 out to the fans!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHY IS THIS SUCH A HARD CONCEPT TO GRASP!!!!!!!!!!!!! They need to give up on Ark 1 and give us the 2nd game
Let’s hope since they are putting this much effort into it that they actually do something about aimbot that’s destroying the game
the crazy thing is the initial release date was 2022 and then the pushed it to 2023 and they still cant get it out by a whole year delay. all i want to know is who came up with the 2022 release date? like how far were they in 2022 to even come up with that date? I have zero faith in wildcard.

that delay is a massive punch in the gut for me as someone with almost 11000 hours in ark (Most gotten in the first few years) I was really looking forward to ark 2… I can understand them wanting to make it good and I surely hope it will be with that extra time… at least we are getting ark ascended this year (Hopefully but who knows with wildcard) I just hope ark survival ascended looks different enough from the OG ark cause if it doesn't then I may not even buy that

The fact that wildcard made it so you have to pay 50 DOLLARS for ascended is just beyond me. ark 1 is still a laggy bag o crap, for them to want us to pay 50$ for an even buggier and laggier game is insane. The company that they are working with has had a history of huge disappointment with upgrades to games like GTA as well. Maybe if they didn’t push so much new content for ark 1 like a whole new map, the ue5 thing, and the new creature we coulda had ark 2 in full release by mid to end of this year.
Man that sucks how there going to the micro transaction route but it's understandable they need funding for their work but still it sucks the ascendsnt version needs to be bought separately:(
Honestly i wanna quit ark now as theres not really anything else to do. And knowing that ark is coming out more then a year from its og date i dont feel so hyped anymore just dissapointed honestly.

Kind of saw this coming yeah you can look at the positives but to be ohnist all ark seems to do is disapoint there fans this should of been said ages ago instead of getting our hopes up Evan though we all new this was coming 😅
